Margaret Chan was invited as a speaker to the workshop organised by the Research Management Unit, UiTM Sarawak in their Research Expedition Series on the 1 and 6 October 2020.
ReNeU is a rebranded entity under the portfolio of Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Research & Innovation of UiTM office, previously known as Community of Research (CoRe) restructured to give a fresh new look and a more systematic management. ReNeU is to lead the UiTM's research and development agenda in promoting high impact multidisciplinary research with envisions to galvanise the excellent research practices amongst UiTM's researchers to soar higher. ReNeU covers specialised niche areas, in line with the national priorities and UiTM 2025 Strategic Planning: Industrial Technology, Cyber Technology, Health & Wellness, Logistics & Transportation, Energy & Environment and Social Creativity & Innovation starting with establishment of Research Excellence Entities as a start. Margaret’s presentation was on “Writing a Winning Project Proposal,” for local university, national to international grants taking the opportunity to disseminate the ERASMUS+ InD 4.0 project.
